Real Project

2,400 Sq Ft Villa in Krishnagiri

A client in Krishnagiri came to us with a 3,000 sq ft corner plot and wanted a home for a family of five — 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, double parking, and a terrace with a water tank. We finished the 2,400 sq ft built-up villa in 14 months at the agreed contract price with zero additional charges. The client moved in without any outstanding work items. A year after handover, they called us to handle the interior design for the second floor — which says more about how the project went than anything we could write here.

The Krishnagiri villa was a standard package project with a few premium upgrades — Italian marble in the master bedroom and living room, a custom kitchen granite countertop, and aluminium railings for the staircase. All of these were priced and documented before work started. When the client decided mid-project to add a small store room adjacent to the garage, we quoted for that addition separately, got written approval, and completed it within the original timeline by adjusting the sequence of work.

That is how variations should work: clearly scoped, separately priced, and documented. Not used as an opportunity to recover margin that was never in the original quote.
